Alex Owens – Kansas City’s Newest Realtor

KC

Real estate and Kansas City are in my blood. My mom and grandmother were both realtors. I grew up tagging along to open houses on weekends and flipping through the old listing books (this was before the MLS was online!). From a young age I had an uncanny interest in real estate and understood the ins and out of the business.

While I grew up in Chicago, my Mom’s family is originally from Kansas City. We frequently came back down to visit family members. I loved the area so much that I decided to study Journalism at the University of Missouri – Columbia.

Once I graduated from college, I moved to Kansas City and fell even more in love with this city. I worked in the marketing and communications industry for several years and had many home improvement and home services companies as clients. Working closely with these local businesses gave me valuable insight into how to create value in a home, increase ROI in a home, and what is trending (and will always be in style) in the real estate market. This paired with the marketing skills I gained made my transition into real estate a no-brainer.

As a realtor, I continue to understand the needs and wants of my clients, provide quick and thorough communication, and help make the process of buying or selling a home as seamless as possible.

Being a member of the Kristin Malfer & Associates team, and a realtor with ReeceNichols, means I have access to the absolute best resources and support. It also means I uphold the highest integrity, honesty and professionalism in the industry. Whether you are looking to buy or sell a home, I look forward to being your go-to resource and help guide you through the process start to finish.
